Delivery and Payment

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.

We use the UPS Saver delivery service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and may require a signature. If you are not at home, the parcel will be delivered to your local collection point.

All payments are made via Klarna, with the option of a payment plan or payment of the full amount.

Returns

Under Danish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after payment for goods, during which you can cancel your purchase and request a full refund.

Within the above 14-day cancellation period, if you decide to return an item, please contact us first on +45 75 22 22 or via email at info-dk@gnhearing.com. The item must be returned in its original packaging to the address below:
