The Multi-Mic+ is a wireless remote microphone and audio streaming accessory designed for compatible ReSound wireless hearing aids.
It can be worn on the body of a speaker or placed on a table to transmit speech directly to the hearing aids. It also connects to external audio sources through line-in, telecoil, or FM input.
The device supports AutoStreaming functionality and app control for a seamless user experience.

Auracast™ Broadcast Support
Supports Auracast broadcast audio functionality, allowing compatible hearing aids to receive broadcast audio streams. Auracast broadcasts can be discovered and managed through the hearing aid app for easy connection to shared audio in supported environments.
Smart Microphone Technology
Automatically optimises speech pickup depending on placement. When worn vertically, background noise is reduced. When placed horizontally, it switches to table mode for group listening.
AutoStreaming Functionality
When enabled, streaming starts automatically whenever either the Multi-Mic+ or the paired hearing aids are powered ON.
Multiple Input Modes
Supports four streaming modes:
- Microphone
- Telecoil (loop systems)
- Analogue line-in (3.5 mm minijack)
- FM receiver input
Line-in and FM modes activate automatically when connected.
App Integration
Can be controlled via the same hearing aid app used for compatible hearing aids, allowing streaming control, volume adjustment, and firmware update notifications.
Extended Wireless Range
Streams audio up to 25 metres (82 feet), with automatic reconnection if returning within range within 5 minutes.
USB-C Charging
Rechargeable battery charged via USB-C connection with approximately 3 hours charging time. Charging indicators display battery status in 25% increments.
Volume Adjustment & Lock
Volume can be adjusted using device buttons, hearing aid controls, app, or remote control. Volume can be locked to prevent changes.
Drop Detection Safety Feature
Automatically mutes streaming for up to 2 seconds if dropped from a height of more than 75 cm.
